Project Details:

This case study is about the project Godrej Bengal Lamps at Budigere Cross, Bangalore. It has 2 BHK Luxe, 3 BHK Premium, 3 BHK Luxe apartments and the starting price was 1.29 Cr+*.

When we had received this project that time it was in a pre-launch status.

Understand Client Problem & Requirements:

We were onboarding new clients in Bangalore and we had a meeting with one of our clients. 

Previously they were running Facebook Ads from another agency. They were getting leads but CPL was high and quality was not up to the mark.

We explained to them that Godrej is a reputed developer. Hence, many people are running ads on this project. Due to high competition, CPL could go high.

Our client said If CPL is high I don’t have any problem. I atleast want quality leads so that my sales team can work on it.

We understood the client’s requirements completely and made our plan accordingly.

Execution:

We did research on this project and about the competition which we can face.

We also analysed our exact target audiences, focusing on those who will be interested in luxury residences at Budigere Cross, Bangalore, and capable of investing in properties starting from 1.29 Cr+.

And here, our initial plan was to set up two campaigns on different angles which can perform and give us best results.

Additionally, we have our own graphic design team, known for their excellent work. They understood our requirements and created graphics that aligned with our marketing strategy.

Following our plan, we set up the campaigns, then closely monitored the results.

During this period, we generated 105 leads with a CPL of 495.66/-. The client received 2 Expressions of Interest (EOI) from these leads.

However, it’s important to note that these results weren’t achieved by simply setting up the campaigns and leaving them unattended. We continuously monitored the campaign performance.

Initially, one of our campaigns was underperforming, leading to fewer leads and a higher CPL. By analysing the data and making necessary adjustments, we were able to optimise the campaigns and deliver these successful results for our client.

Conclusion:

This project was a big challenge for us, because of the high competition and the client’s past problems with high CPL and low-quality leads.

By understanding the client’s needs and using our skills in targeting and creative strategies, we delivered high-quality leads even in a tough market. We continuously monitored and improved the campaigns, which helped us achieve the desired results.

The client was happy with the quality of the leads and how our campaigns worked.
