We use Facebook’s Marketing API to collect this data via secure webhooks once you submit a ad form. This data is sent directly from Facebook to our secure servers.

How We Use Data:

• Shared only with the client whose campaign you responded to
• Used solely to contact you regarding the product or service you expressed interest in
• Never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers

We follow industry-standard security practices to store and protect your data. All data is encrypted during transmission and stored securely.

Your data is not shared with any third party outside of our organization and the campaign-owning client, except as required by law.

📜 App Permissions and Their Purpose

To provide the core functionality of our app, Digitalbuzz requests access to certain device permissions. We only request these permissions when necessary, and they are used solely for the purposes described below.

1. Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION)

Purpose: Used only once during user registration or login to verify the user’s area and personalize the onboarding experience.

Usage: The app does not continuously track or access your location after registration/login.

Data Handling: Location data is never shared with third parties.

2. Camera Permission (CAMERA)

Purpose: Allows users to capture images or videos for in-app features such as profile picture upload and media sharing within chats.

Usage: Camera access is initiated only when the user explicitly chooses to open the camera.

Data Handling: Photos or videos are not shared with anyone outside the app unless the user chooses to share within chat functionality.

3. Microphone Permission (RECORD_AUDIO)

Purpose: Enables users to send voice messages or record short clips within the app.

Usage: Audio recording occurs only when the user explicitly taps the microphone button.

Data Handling: Recorded audio is only used for chat or in-app features and is not shared outside the app without the user’s action.

4. Storage & Media Permissions

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (for older Android versions)

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (for Android ≤ 10)

MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (for file upload and access to user-selected documents)

Purpose: Used to allow users to select, upload, and view media files (images, videos, PDFs, and other documents) within the app.

Usage: The app only accesses files explicitly chosen by the user.

Data Handling: Uploaded files are securely transmitted to our servers and are not shared with unauthorized third parties.

5. Notification Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

Purpose: Allows the app to display important notifications such as new messages, alerts, or status updates.

Usage: Users can choose to disable notifications at any time from their device settings.

6. Internet Permission (INTERNET)

Purpose: Required for connecting to our secure servers, sending or receiving chat messages, media, and updates.

Usage: Used only for app communication; no personal data is shared without user consent.

Permission Handling and User Control

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device’s system settings.The app’s features are limited only to the extent that disabled permissions restrict the relevant functionality.We never use these permissions for background tracking, data mining, or sharing user data with third parties.

Refund Policy

All sales are final; refunds are provided only in cases of duplicate payment or proven technical error. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
